Equipment:Return or Exchange of New product
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item must be within the same Ming’s code label attached.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Repair for Parts and Accessories If the item is still under warranty, Ming’s Optical will repair, refurbish, or replace at no cost, but:
- The warranty is limited to the original owner and is not transferable unless approved by Ming’s Optical.
- The warranty is valid provided that the item has not been misused, disassembled, or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product will void the warranty.
- A copy of the original receipt or invoice showing the date of purchase must accompany any warranty claim.
All other repair requirements out of warranty, fees will be charged subject to different cases. Return, Exchange, and Repair Procedure
For Return and Exchange
- You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
- Ming’s Optical will check the return item per technician in 10 working days after receiving the return.
- Ming’s Optical will ship out the new replaced item in 10 working days after the technician check report is issued.
- Ming’s Optical will credit the applicable item within 30 days from the date of the return received, and the credit will apply in the upcoming next statement.
For Repairing Requirement
- To initiate a repair request, please fill out Ming’s Repairing Ticket and fax or email it to Ming’s.
- For local repair requirements, the repair time is estimated at 3 weeks from the date we receive the repair ticket and item.
- For on-site repair requirements, the repair time is estimated at 30 days from the date we receive the repair ticket and item.
